The service, including all content, data, algorithms, backtest results, strategy outputs, and AI-generated analysis, is provided for **informational and educational purposes only**.

- StratCraft **is not** a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner
- StratCraft **is not** endorsed by or affiliated with FINRA, SEC, or any other financial regulatory authority

## 5. Limitation of Liability

- StratCraft, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall **not be liable** for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- The platform is provided on an **"AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"** basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- StratCraft's total liability is **capped as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of the [Terms of Service](https://stratcraft.ai/help/terms-of-service/)**. That section is the single, controlling statement of the cap
- In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and the Terms of Service, **the Terms of Service prevail**

- Market data, financial information, and analytical results provided by StratCraft are sourced from third-party providers and **may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies**
- StratCraft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or information displayed on the platform
- Historical data used for backtesting may not perfectly reflect actual market conditions at the time of the original data points

- StratCraft does not operate as a financial institution, exchange, or trading venue
