Payments & Refunds

Except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy or where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We offer a voluntary 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee for eligible first-time subscribers. This is a commercial benefit, not a legal obligation. Full details, including usage thresholds and conditions, are described in our Refund Policy.
Special Region Cancellation Rights
If you are a resident of Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, or Taiwan, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your Subscription within 7 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement before the cancellation period expires. We will reimburse all payments without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after being informed of your cancellation. If you have used the Services during this period, we may retain an amount proportionate to what has been provided.
Termination
Termination by User
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Termination for Breach
If we terminate your access to the Services due to a violation of these Terms and you have a Subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Termination by StratCraft
If we terminate or discontinue the Services for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid, unused portion of your Subscription.
Liability & Warranty
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE SUCH DAMAGES FIRST AROSE, AND $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StratCraft and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
Jurisdictional Exceptions
THE LAWS OF SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THESE TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
You and StratCraft agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Export Controls
You may not export or provide access to the Services into any U.S. embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List. You represent that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.
Changes to Terms
Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice before material changes take effect.
Notification of Changes
For material changes, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your account. Non-material changes may be posted on the platform without individual notice.
Continued Use
If you continue to access the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
