What is the 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee?
The 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee allows you to request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. For a full refund, your AI resource usage must be below 15% of your first month's allocated quota.
Can I get a refund after the 7-day window?
Generally, refunds are not available after the 7-day window. However, exceptions may be made for billing errors, technical issues, or non-delivery of promised features.
How is the refund amount calculated?
For usage below 15%, you receive a full refund. For usage above 15%, the refund amount is reduced by the cost of consumed resources. Unit price is calculated as monthly fee divided by monthly credit quota.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, all paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To cancel auto-renewal, go to Settings > Subscription Management at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund on a plugin or Desktop App purchase?
Yes. One-time plugin and Desktop App purchases are covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Request within 30 days of purchase through Help Chat. Full refund, no questions asked. Each account is eligible once per product. Upon refund, software access (entitlement) is revoked immediately. This guarantee is completely separate from the subscription 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
