Navigate to the Billing & Subscriptions page from Settings Center to view your current plan status, payment history, and account credits balance.

Review Your Subscription Plan
Check your active subscription tier, next billing date, renewal amount, and expiration details displayed in the subscription card at the top of the page.

Update Payment Method
Click 'Update Payment Method' to securely change your credit card or payment details through the Stripe-powered payment portal for automatic renewals.

View Credits and Usage
Monitor your API Credits consumption, remaining balance, and usage breakdown by service type to understand your resource utilization.

Upgrade or Change Plan
Click 'View Plans' to compare available subscription tiers and upgrade your plan with prorated billing applied automatically for mid-cycle changes.

Resubscribe After Expiration
If your subscription has lapsed, click 'Resubscribe' to select a new plan and restore access to premium features including AI model access and advanced backtesting.

What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, premium features such as AI model access, advanced backtesting, and code generation become unavailable. Your saved strategies and historical data are preserved and will be accessible again once you resubscribe.
How does proration work when upgrading mid-cycle?
When you upgrade your plan mid-billing-cycle, Stripe calculates the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days. You only pay the difference, and the new plan takes effect immediately.
What is the 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee?
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days if they have used less than 15% of their first-month credits quota. This guarantee applies once per account and is processed automatically upon request.
Can I update my payment method while my subscription is active?
Yes, you can update your payment method at any time while your subscription is active and set to auto-renew. Click the 'Update Payment Method' button to open the secure Stripe portal where you can add a new card.
